AACDP/AAP Joint Master Leadership Program

The AACDP/AAP Joint Master Leadership Program is a one-year leadership development program combining in-person workshops held in September and May and virtual sessions held October through April. This program is designed to prepare faculty for roles as chairs, vice-chairs, assistant/associate deans, medical directors, and other leadership positions. Program includes mentorship provided by current or former chairs of psychiatry.

Registration Information 
   
- Enrollment is limited and requires payment in full at time of registration. 

- Completion of certificate requirements: registrants must attend (X #) virtual and both in-person courses in September and May. 

​- Once the course registration is full, all remaining registrants will be placed on the waiting list.

- If an opening becomes available, notifications will be sent to next waitlisted registrant, with 24-hour reply required to fill the opening.
